NO MAINTENANCE COSTS
We organise minor repairs and maintenance, replace any excessively worn item and where necessary, we even make improvements to the property, all at our cost. *The exceptions in maintenance are to structural repairs or damage, boiler and sewerage systems.
GUARANTEED RENT
We guarantee you will receive your rent irrespective of whether the property is vacant or occupied and we endeavour to return your property to you the way it was handed to us.
PROFESSIONAL TENANTS ONLY
We do our due dilligence and strive to obtain reliable tenants with a proven track record. All new tenants are referenced and interviewed for suitability when joining a property with existing tenants.
